Well，I　have arrived in Tokyo. I do not like typing in English on Windows Japanese PCs.

The flight was uneventful, and I was able to sleep through a lot of it. I wore a hat to avoid being hassled about my hair at immigration, and it worked. I managed to haul my bags to Nippori alone, where Tarou met up with me and became my pack mule. He`s not all bad. He also lent me his old cell phone, which I will likely use until the 15th. I`m still trying to figure out how to put spaces in text messages, but other than that, I have mastered the crazy Japanese cellphone technology.

Leaving my friends and family was tough... I‘ll live, but that stuff is just no fun.
